The celebrated SACRED season at Chelsea Theatre is moving…
This summer for one day only, SACRED joins forces with the Arts Service of Kensington & Chelsea to present SACRED InTRANSIT – An action-packed extravaganza of walking and movement; all but one event COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE
Now with its 5th anniversary fast approaching, SACRED makes a brief but dynamic summer appearance, prompting yet another irrepressible cavalcade of events and artists to experience and savour on Saturday 30th July, 2011.
SACRED is also due to return to Chelsea Theatre this November for its annual season showcasing an exciting international collaboration, details to be announced.
SACRED InTRANSIT invites adventurous audiences to take part in a specially curated walk, led by an international artist duo around the comparatively unknown streets of Worlds End and Chelsea Wharf as well as the historic Kings Road. Consider walking as an art form in a one-day symposium and whirl the afternoon away with an authentic Latin tea dance.
Bring the kids for a more sedate performance just for one, or if you want to participate, enjoy a photography workshop with a prestigious international photographer...
